In short

EdgeXploit is a free, independent tool. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected to Imagine Learning or Edgenuity.
It automates things on a website you already use. You alone are responsible for how you use it, including your school's rules and Edgenuity's terms. Using it can have consequences, and we cannot protect you from them.
You must be at least 13. Do not resell, share or reverse-engineer it. We can end access to a key at any time.
It is provided "as is", with no promises that it works, stays available or goes unnoticed.

1. Who we are and what this is

EdgeXploit ("EdgeXploit", "we", "us") provides a browser userscript and a website, edgexploit.com, that issues access keys and answers requests from the script. It is an independent project. "Edgenuity", "Imagine Learning" and other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the script works with.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By downloading, installing or using the script, requesting or entering a key, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EdgeXploit.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using online services like this one. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is comfortable with you using it. We do not offer EdgeXploit to children under 13.

4. You are responsible for how you use it

The script clicks, types and reads pages on your behalf. Doing so may break your school's rules, an academic-integrity policy, or Edgenuity's own terms of use. You are solely responsible for that, and for any result: a changed grade, a flagged account, a disciplinary step, or anything else.
We do not promise that it works on any page, that answers are correct, or that its use cannot be detected.
Do not use EdgeXploit in a way that is unlawful, or to harass, impersonate or harm anyone.

5. Keys, neurons and limits

Access is by key. Keys are free (you complete sponsored links to receive one) or paid where offered. A key is time-limited and is tied to the network it was first used on.
AI-powered features use "neurons", a daily allowance attached to a key. Allowances, prices and limits can change at any time.
We may refuse, limit, suspend or revoke any key, with or without notice, for example for abuse, sharing, automated farming of keys, or attempts to get around a limit.
Do not sell, trade or publish keys, and do not use several keys to avoid a limit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, redistribute, resell or re-host the script or the website; reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the script, its requests or its signatures to bypass keys, limits or checks; scrape or overload our services; probe or attack our systems; or use the AI features to produce unlawful, hateful, sexual or harassing material.

7. The software

The script and the website are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the script for your own use while you have a valid key. All other rights are reserved. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.

8. AI features

Answers, writing and replies from the AI features are generated automatically and can be wrong, biased or incomplete. Check anything that matters. Do not put personal, financial or sensitive information into the AI features or the support chat.

9. Third-party services

Getting a key sends you through link or advertising partners (currently Linkvertise, Lootlabs and Work.ink). Paid passes, where offered, are processed by Stripe. Hosting, networking and AI run on Cloudflare, and support chat takes place on this site (and community chat on Discord). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for them.

10. Paid passes

Where paid passes are offered they give extra time and a larger daily allowance. They are delivered as a key and are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

11. No warranty

EdgeXploit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EdgeXploit and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of grades, data, accounts, opportunities or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use EdgeXploit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or US$10.

13. You protect us

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs that arise from your use of EdgeXploit in breach of these Terms or of any law, rule or third party's terms.

14. Ending access

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the script. We can suspend or end your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 6, 7, 11, 12 and 13) survive.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use EdgeXploit after a change means you accept it.

16. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions, takedown requests or concerns: reach us on our Discord or through Support.
